At Slate Beauty Lounge, your time and appointments are very important to us, as are our stylists'.

We understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are more than happy to assist you.

​

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation to ensure that we are able to accommodate another client in your place.

​

Clients who cancel less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of their booked service. Clients who cancel within 1 hour or are a no-show will be charged 100% of the booked service.
